Security Sector Reform: Moving the Agenda Forward

Abstract

This international forum was held to further one of the objectives of HMG strategy on SSR to build local and international support for security sector reform. Its purpose was to encourage participants from developing countries to put forward their views on SSR, in order to promote ownership and to provide a forum for CSOs, donors and practitioners to interact in order to share the SSR burden with other donors.
