Chemical Weapons Destruction in Russia: Opportunities for Regional Development, Civil Society and Business

Abstract

The bombing of Yugoslavia by NATO and the recent accidental bombing of the Chinese embassy in Belgrade has harmed US-China relations and has caused tensions throughout East Asia. The mistake may inflict long-lasting damage on an already-troubled relationship and could lead to a closer relationship between China and Russia.
