The mission of the University of Nottingham's Asia Research Institute is to bring together the University of Nottingham’s world-leading research and expertise on Asia and to link up researchers working across interdisciplinary boundaries across all three of the University of Nottingham's campuses. The Institute enjoys a generous bequest from the late Sir Stanley and Lady Tomlinson and has been headed by Professor Katharine Adeney since 2013. It produces Asia Dialogue, producing contemporary analysis of the entire Asia region. It organises the annual Tomlinson Lecture, as well as a research seminar series on a wide range of topics. The institute also aims to support and co-ordinate postgraduate teaching to enhance understanding of the Asia and Pacific region.Visit Site
